The unit is in a great location. Ocean front balcony,pool facing the ocean,short walk to the beach. Century 21 is great to deal with,they take care of problems in a timely fashion and are always very friendly. We have stayed here many times and were dissapointed in the few upgrades the owners have done over the years. The patio furniture consists of stackable plastic chairs,4 to be exact. If you like to do your own cooking, be prepared to take your own pots and pans and small apliances, the kitchen is very poorly equiped.Most of the dishes are from different sets and most of the bowls are cheap plastic. I think for the money the owner raises the rent each year, they could provide some decent patio furniture and an upgraded kitchen.

I have so many fond memories of this place. Over the years we've had so many diverse groups staying there of varying sizes and everyone was always accomodated and everyone had a great time. Amazing view, room was always clean, and they were always sure to let us in even before our check-in time. This condo will give you an amazing beach experience and I highly recommend it.
