Just moved out after three years. Zack was always easy to get a hold of, things were fixed in a reasonable amout of time. All in all I would say he is very good.

Zack is the kind of guy that believes-- even if he has a pre-existing knowledge of an issue in the apartment-- that you need to contact him about the issue on more than one occasion before it's fixed. The water pressure in our shower was never properly fixed (he got a new shower head, it didn't work, we complained more... nothing happened) and we had the bottom of our porcelain sink sitting in our little hallway for a whole year. When confronted about this he claimed that "he's not responsible to keep track of what all his workers do" since he has so many properties. He'll honor the contract sometimes, and other times (especially at the end of the year) he'll try to find different ways to charge you late fees and such and say he's doing you the favor. Only upside is that he's a weak person, so if you really browbeat him, something may get halfway done within a fairly reasonable amount of time, however, I don't particularly recommend him.
