Bill is a smooth operator. Not only did he allow us to have parties, Bill came to them with at least 2 ladies! When our furnace was funked he had it fixed the very next day. Building was well taken care of. Bill also maintains a lovely organic garden and is happy to share his zucchini. Cathy is awesome too. No problems.
