This is a wonderful apartment building very close to campus. The keep the office manned 8:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday, with very friendly staff. Every maintenance request I've put in has been fixed within 24 hours. Though that hasn't been many, since the building is pretty new. The only complaint is that the place is a bit pricey.
