Todd was my first personal experience with a landlord and truly took advantage of my naive nature and that of my roommates. He consistantly gave us the run-around when we called with maintenence issues, was consistently "out of town", and was anything but pleasant to speak with, and it always took longer than desired to get anything accomplished. He did not keep his promise of upkeeping the property and did not inspect the house before we moved in and then gave us a hassle when moving out about being reimbursed for our security deposit. My advice is to please take this post into consideration when looking at one of his properties, though he will eventually fix problems, don't believe it will be anytime soon.

DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. Worst landlord I have ever had. Unreliable, rude, and always "out of town" when something goes wrong.

Don't expect to get your security deposit back- he will tell you it only costs $135 to clean the carpets but charge you $150. He didn't inspect the house when we moved in and charged us $300 to fix something that was already broken, charged us for bills that we ALREADY PAID and don't worry he'll send it certified mail (on your account).

My experience with Todd has not been a good one. There were repeated incidences where he would start a project such as cleaning the carpets or fixing something and it would take many weeks, or he would never finish. He is hard to get in contact with and never answers his phone when you have a question. The difference between my new landlord and Todd is remarkable. I will never advise someone to rent from Todd.

Everything in the apartment was always breaking. Never returned any of my phone calls including the one which he was supposed to pick up the keys when I was moving out (I left them on the counter). He fixed everything himself and poorly mind you. He cut the grass and left 5 bags of grass on the side walk (not on garbage day) so the City tried to cite me. Was always out of town. Schedule appointments to show my apartment without telling me then didnt show up for the potential tenants. One guy called him and he had the nerve to say ask if they will show you around (he was out of town). Only gives you the water bill every 4 months and then tells you he wants it immediately as if its your fault its late because he gets all the bills. I could go on and on but I dont have to deal with it anymore I have a great new place *sigh*
