My sister and I lived in this apartment for years. If it weren't for the location (mount oliver) and our jobs we would have stayed forever. The apartment was well cleaned and put together when we moved in. The only real issue was maintenance, it did take a little while for things to get fixed. Tim was the sweetest land lord I have ever had. He was always kind and friendly, if he stopped by to check on his other homes he always knocked to say hello. He never worried about rent being late or charged any extra fees. When we were going through some monetary problems he was more than happy to work with us and actually begged for us to stay when we gave notice that we were moving out. I would recommend renting from him to anyone. Also, he's not too bad on the eyes! ;-)
