DO NOT rent ANY apartment that is managed by this company. The owner is a complete jerk and has serious mental problems! Nothing was ever fixed in a timely manner, if at all. The guy would show up at our apartment harrassing us and threatening us about rent that we had paid months ago. He doesn't check anything out thoroughly so he never has a clue about what he's talking about. He comes ready to fight and has no interest in listening to anyone. He threatened to shoot our dog and told one of us to go back to the country that we came from. The guy is the most ignorant idiot that I've ever encountered. There is no reasoning or talking calmly with him. Nothing he says even makes sense - it's like talking to someone from another planet. Trust me if you rent a property that is managed by him you will be sorry you did! There is no peace if he's involved in your life. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

Terry Tague, the owner of this Real Estate company is a complete moron. He is a horrible manager and is absoloutely nuts. Don't ever expect to get anything done or be spoken to in a respectful manner. Everyone I've encountered that's ever dealt with him wishes they'd never met the guy. The guy thinks he owns the world and can do whatever he wants, but he's a complete midget and definitely has a Napolean complex. Don't expect to get any security deposits back either. He said our carpet was dirty and it had to be replaced and he kept our entire security deposit and then I run into his maintenance guy and he had him over at the apartment steam cleaning the carpet so the next tenant could move in. He's a liar and a thief. I agree! Stay far far away.
