Steve found out we had a cat(which wasn't allowed), and waited 3 weeks before putting a note on our door, with a cardboard "red stripe" box, telling us we had 2 weeks to vacate our apartment. Note: the day he found out we had a pet he offered us furniture from an apartment across the street. Basically he went about the whole thing in a very shady manner. After we moved out we gave him our new address in hopes of getting some sort of security deposit back, and he screwed us out of over $600.00. He is cheap,very shady and passive agressive.
