Steve was extremely slow on repairs--we had mold in one of our ceiling panels, as well as a major leak in the bathroom ceiling which he didn't fix for months. He also started to re-do all the ceilings the week before we moved out and covered all of our belongings in dust. He did agree to give us back part of the last month's rent for doing this, but the hassle wasn't worth it. He also told the new tenant they could start moving in before we were done moving out-- FOUR DAYS before our lease was up.
