Best landlord I've had in the city. Any time I had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of promptly. I was notified before all showing of the apartment -- at least 24 hours notice. I highly recommend them!

While I was on vacation for 2 weeks there were plumbing problems in the building effecting several apartments. Gallons of sewage pooled from my kitchen sink and sat stagnating on the floor of my kitchen and living room. When I returned after my vacation and immediately notified them of the situation, they chastised me for not telling them that I was on vacation and blamed me for the problem. One would expect that in an emergency situation such as this that the repair person would have checked every apartment anyhow. One should also expect that they might have smelled the distinct scent of feces emanating from my apartment for two weeks and tried to do something about it. Disgusting.

These guys have their stuff together. Completely renovated place. They keep the heat at around 70F during the winter. Any maintenance issues were fixed within hours since they have a full time staff. During the snow storms, the driveway/parking lot was cleaned multiple times a day. Highly recommend
