Lives too far away to have time to fix maitinence issues and wint let you call locally to get them fixed. Wants rent in mail a week prior to date and charges $50 fine that has to be next day aired if one day late on rent. Picks favorites with tenants and treats others like garbage. Figures out water/sewage/trash bills herself and then charges you what she thinks is correct. Apartments are dirty and not cleaned when moving in, carpets very out dated and stained. Tiles on floors are broken and missing. Fire escapes are not allowed to be used at all, and are death traps in winter. The rent and bills are way too high for what the apartment is and where it's located. Nothing but a money hungry scum bag from WV. Tells everyone your business. Just have had an over all bad expieeience with this place and so has my neighbors. They tend to favor the ones that get government money for no reason and treat the working tenants like pure trash. I feel sorry for future tenants!
