They really know how to sell you the place cause they make the buiding look nice and tell you how much they care about you and it. Then as soon as something goes wrong they can't manage to fix it and end up screwing you over in the end. Very immature and rude.

I could not disagree more with the other post. This company is run by a woman named Susan and her husband David. I lived in this appartment for two years and my sister lived there for 2 years before me so I am very familiar with their services. The appartments they rent on South Bouquet are in a PRIME location and very spacious. They are also super secure with sturdy locks and doors that are equipped with a buzz in system. They are very concerned with maintenence and not to mention very personable. They also are very conscience about who they rent their appartments to so that the others in the building are not disturbed. Overall I would rent from SRB1 developement again in a second.
