Linda & Gino were both very nice and very available. Gino works in the neighborhood where to the best of my knowledge all (or most) of their properties are, so he is available at very short notice. Linda made it clear from the get-go that I should never hesitate to call even in the middle of the night if there was a problem like the pilot light going out on the furnace. They tended to be on the strict side about things but were always respectful and responsible, and were flexible about move in/out dates. Additionally, if you've ever had a bad experience with a 'hands-off' landlord, I think it is much better for a landlord to err on the strict side. My only complaint was a fairly small one - the carpet was pretty stained when I moved in, which would not have been a big issue for me, but they said they didn't allow pets due to their ruining the carpets, so if that was the cause of the carpet being so stained it would've been nice for them to have replaced it. Overall though I would not hesitate to rent from them again.
