4BR house in disrepair. Missing Smoke detectors, exposed wires, exposed outlets. 8' pool abandoned by previous tenants that landlady didn't realise that they'd installed. Pool was in disrepair and filled with growth. Request upon rent to fix safety issues was ignored apart from smoke detectors. House would be as is. Took extended time to get this information. Rental highly overpriced for condition the house was in. Opted not to rent due to this interaction. Strongly advise renting from this person.
