Can't say anything bad about him. Nothing much really went wrong but he had somebody there to fix it quick. Very laid back about various "wear and tear" we put the place through. Very decent with how much he charged for things we broke. Very fair with the security deposit. Great place all around, probably the best rental experience I ever had.
