Their secretary is a 90 year old senile woman who has been smoking for 60 years and is entirely impossible to deal with. She should not be working at all, let alone in a position in which she is responsible for keeping records of payments. They were in charge of the water bill and tried to charge us twice for the same bill at least five times. I had to keep a record of my personal checks cashed in order to prove that we had already paid. Although we did not encounter too many maintenance problems in the two years that we lived there, they attempted to make it impossible to get our security deposit back once we moved out. We had to threaten to file a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection before finally getting it back.
