Same as everyone above has said. He replaced our windows, but turned our carpets black. When we tried to have him clean them for us, it took forever to have him get someone out to the apartment. And they never even showed up. Whenever we had to talk with him, he would act like he's so much better than us. I wouldn't rent an apartment from him again

This guy is quite possibly the biggest jerk I've ever met. He refused to give back my security deposit, even though we'd documented the damage prior to moving in ... and he said we did it. I had to move across the country and tried to find subletters, but he scared them all off. It's a racket. But he's a lawyer, so he intimidates people and knows all the loopholes, so he gets away with murder.

Anything that needed fixed was done poorly. Everything was a temporary fix and continued to be a problem. When something needs to be fixed, it takes calling him 10 times and constant checking to see when someone is actually going to show up if he can't fix it himself. Because he controls the heat, the apartment was always frigid and very unpleasant to be in. He also seemed to be very condescending and rude all the time.

Terrible. Every time you call to tell him something's wrong he never takes you seriously. He controls the heat in the building but rarely ever turns it on and when he does it's only for a short time and not enough to heat up any of the rooms. I had to call him 3 times before he sent someone to fix our shower door that would fall in every time you touched it. We got a temporary fix and he ignores us when we ask about it now. The walls are cracking and look like they're about to fall down. The windows leak and he never fixes them. He always wears his bluetooth headset and acts like he's more important than he is. He's a jerk, no way around it.
