Terrible landlord! By far the worst of the 6 I have rented from. I had birds living in the walls at one point that woke me up at 4:30 every morning. I called 4 times and the problem wasn't fixed for 2 months. There was a leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms that was NEVER fixed while I lived there - despite numerous calls. And to top it off, he took all but $80 of my $1,000 security deposit to "repaint the entire house" that I repainted before moving out!! He is a miserable, lazy, greedy landlord. Almost contacted the Better Business Bureau...DO NOT rent from this man or his company (Cinema Consultants).
