The most dispicable apartments. Dirty and nasty. Building code enforcement would love to get in there and they will get there chance. Listen well, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS GUY, I guarantee that you WILL regret it. I have not seen one person leave on good terms here and it is doubtful that you will get your security deposit back. This is unfortunate, because it is wrecked to begin with. It is impossible to make it look worse.

I couldn't agree more with the other postings. They do nothing at all with their properties except collect your check. They will fix nothing and when they finally break down and take care of it they find the cheapest way to do it. That is after they try and find a way to blame you for it. The have no compassion for anyone they actually threatened to throw me and my kids out on the street. His wife is the most ignorant person I have ever dealt with in my life and thinks she can talk to anyone however she feels.....I have news for them KARMA is a terrible thing in life. They will get theirs in full.

This is the dumpiest apartment I have ever seen in my entire life. I don't think anyone in this building has a job, they are pigs, there is trash and cigarette butts in the common areas. I have a pothead upstairs and across the hall and the walls are paper thin so I am constantly, constantly hearing the most ridiculous coughing spectacles. In the morning it's the guy upstairs and all other hours it's the guy across the hall and constantly is no exaggeration. Not to mention there is no working smoke detector so if one of these brain dead pot heads falls asleep w/ a cigarette I am dead because my bedroom window doesn't open and they is no smoke detector. I can really go on and on....what isn't wrong w/ this place, it is horrible!!!!!

This landlord is awful. He mistreats his residents in an unfair and unjust manner. He makes threats for people to move out, discriminates, trys to raise rent illegally and is simply an un-professional, un-compassionate prick. Do NOT sign a lease with him!
