Never fixed any problems with the place--
while one roommate was away for a week, the ceiling caved in and ruined a brand new mattress and box spring...went through the carpet underneath the bed and created water marks on the ceiling of the room downstairs located directly under the water-damaged room. An insurance agent came in, but Ron Beyer pocketed the money rather than fixing the unliveable condition of this roommate's bedroom. The tenant had to buy a new matress and bedspring out of pocket and did not live in the place for over a month while he tried to get in touch with the landlord, Ron Beyer. The landlord however did not answer any of his calls until much later.
In addition to this, there was construction going on around all side of the house of which was occupied by four tenants. The house was continulously shaking and cracks surfaced throughout the house, and dust poured over anything surrounding the house, including our cars. The house in no way was should have been occupied during this construction time. Due to the construction, there were bricks laying around outside and there was an incident where an unknown person through a brick through a tenants bedroom window; luckily he was not injured when this happend. Needless to say, the landlord did not fix that either.
