Bob was a decent landlord, but when it came to move out he became a complete scam artist! He said I would receive my full security deposit but then never sent it. He made up several charges and refused to send me my money. He in fact told me, go ahead and bring it to the magistrate because I know him and will win. Avoid this place or just expect your deposit will be gone forever!
