Giving this chucklehead a 1 is being unnecessarily gracious. They needed to come out to inspect my house. I asked the woman who was to come out what her cell was in case I had a problem. She told me the best way was to call their office. Well - morning before the appt my daughter & I both get a major stomach but with lots of trips to the bathroom. I call & leave a msg to cancel the appt at 7am - this onto what is obviously an answering machine, not voicemail or an answering service. Appt was for 8:30 am. 8:30 am comes and there are 2 people at my door. I answer in my robe & inform them that it won't work today because of my daughter being ill. He still wants to do the inspection. I again tell him that can't happen today. He then tells me 'Well then were not going to renew your lease.' Then the schlep won't identify himself to me. Turns out it is the owner of the company. I have to call his office to find out who he was. The owner of the company, Daniel Robb. Rot in hell schmuck.

I would gladly rent from them again. We paid bills on time & kept the place clean, and they acted professionally toward us. Only problem: apartment lost heat for 2 days in winter, which was miserable. But to their credit they sent a maintenance guy to fix it within 24 hours of me calling them, on the weekend, no less.

My apartment is beautiful, and though it is on the expensive side, it is well worth it. I don't know what the other post was talking about.. these people have always been SO nice and understanding whenever I've had to talk to them. Don't have your rent exactly on time one month? Fine, no problem. Forgot to pay the water bill last month? No problem, just pay next month. The only problem is that they are only open til 4:30 weekdays, so it's hard for someone with a 9-5 to stop in if you need something. They also recently replaced my entire bathroom (which was fine to begin with, just a bit outdated) and it looks like a hotel!

Like other posters stated, with this landlord, you get told one thing by one person and another by another person. Don't trust them. Overall the apts are ok. Rent is a little high.

They've been great to us. Yes, the apartment is a little expensive, but I knew that when I rented it. They're flexible and nice to work with. I've lived here three years and I've never had a problem.
