I rent a 3-Br Townhouse from Rob w 2 other guys. The place is great, clean, well insulated, and with working appliances. Rent is very reasonable for a house of this quality. Rob did everything possible to make sure the place was good as new when we moved in. I would recommend him to anyone. One of the best landlords in Oakland
