The place is in horrible condition. It is not up to code. When we first moved in, I had to fight for 3 weeks to get him to hire a DOT certified plubmer to fix the gas lines so the gas could be turned on. Before moving out, we had to go for 2 weeks without a bathroom and he doesn't seem to care even tho he was notified for months that it was leaking. Turns out all waste from the bathroom was going into the walls downstairs. He is the very definition of a slumlord. Also, the place has been in danger of sheriff's sale for almost a year because he's not paying his taxes. I could go on forever, but there's only so much space here.
