this guy is creepy. he was always around. puttering around at least once a week. would come into apartment when we were not at home and do maintenance, *WITHOUT* telling us before hand. used my personal property as he needed it while fixing things. broke several things and threw away a few valuable things he thought were garbage. beware: he'll be real nice and butter you up when you are looking to move in, and then when you want to move out, look out -- he'll do a jeckyll/hyde and do all that he can to screw you over. no respect for your privacy/personal property. also, his attitude at times when he was alone with me in the apartment was very "strange". made me very uncomfortable.... watch out for this creep.
