When dealing with RG Coccaro Company, you are dealing with true professionals. I have been renting for 10+ years and haven't found a better experience. I moved from the Arlington Avenue apartment over a year ago and greatly miss the conveniences I had. My new landlord refuses to fix my leaking toilet that has caused a mold build-up on the bathroom carpet. I also have windows without locks and an interior door that doubles as a front door. My roomate turned me on to this site and I had to give lots of props to Bob who was my apartment manager. He answered my calls all the time and even provided lockout service 3 different times when my dumbass lost my keys. He didn't even charge me, even though his lease states a $25 lockout fee. For those of you looking for a good landlord with safe, clean apartments...I recommend Bob and RG Coccaro Company.
