If I could post a negative number for all ratings categories, I would. Singlehandedly the worst renting experience of my life - and I'm a landlord myself! Slumlords are alive and well in Pittsburgh, and Mark Handlovitch reigns supreme as the worst slumlord of all. Rented a house plagued with building code violations, filthy upon move in (i.e. mattress on front porch when we moved in after being told it would be removed in our lease agreement), and shady tactics such as dishonest claims that we didn't pay rent on time so we would be charged a late fee. Lesson learned, now all rent payments are sent via certified mail. Have both the Pittsburgh Health Department and Building Inspectors out here on a bi-monthly basis to prove that violations are repeatedly ignored. Am just waiting for the fining to begin, as no one seems to care otherwise. Am literally counting down days till the lease ends. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MARK HANDLOVITCH AND REMAX ADVANCED REALTORS!!!!
