This person and company represent the owner of the building. The previous tenants left it in a filthy condition. We cleaned it up (and yes, we did get reimbursed). However, what we didn't know was that the heating system was not being maintained and the carbon monoxide detector I bought my son went off...thank God! The levels were over 400 in his apartment. My son knocked on all the doors, got everyone out and called 911. (this was on our local news and in the newspaper). It was the end of November in PA and cold. There was no heat, and Mr. Denlinger's comment: I hope you have a blanket. Never, NEVER rent or buy anything from Mr. Denlinger or anyone associated with Kingsway Realty in Lancaster PA. They have the WORST reputation among realtors.
