I live in an apartment formerly rented by this company. First off, He only gave me and my room mate one set of keys, which is normal, but they werent to our door. It took me three weeks to get ahold of the owner, to get that fixed, and the toilet, which had no handle when we moved in, fixed. The floors at 3305 Dawson St. sank in toward the middle of every room. There was only one circuit for a two bedroom apartment, which would go out every time my room mate and I would run more than one appliance. He shut the gas off for a week, with two children under three in the house, and would not do anything about it. Even after numerous calls to the gas company, confirming he had it shut off. He was never in his office when I would go drop off my rent check, and even told me he "lost" one of my payments. I would NEVER rent from this guy ever again.
