Some sort of insect was almost always crawling around. There was no parking. There was never enough hot water for the building. On cold, winter days, my apartment was 52 degrees. 52!!! There was constant vandalism - absolutely no security. The neighborhood kids run wild and unserpervised, and they dent cars every single day. UPS wont leave packages since it is a "high theft area". My mail was stolen and I had to get a post office box. Loud, loud, loud neighbors. Please don't rent here. There are always apartments available, and for good reason. Gross, disgusting, bleh. I'm done now. :)
