Prime One Properties is just what they are!! They were wonderful! I called and wanted to see an apartment, and that same day they met me and showed me several available apaartments. The apartmetns were clean and very well maintained. The owner and his employees were very professional. And, as far as the maintenance, I will never forget when my air conditioning stopped working at 8pm on a Saturday, I called and they had someone there by 9pm!! Talk about great service. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday, but not with them. They always come either the same day or the very next day. There maintenance crews are neat, quick, and they get it right on the first time. I was thnking about moving, but I wouldn't want to risk getting a slumlord. Trust me, if you want to rent an apartment, you definitely want to do it with PRIME ONE PROPERTIES!!!

I have been living in my apartment for 3 years. And, prime One Properties has been nothing but good to me. Not only is the staff available at all times, but the owner is available also. Anytime I had a maintenance problem, they had a repair man there within 24-hours!! I do plan on buying a home within the next 2 years, but I will make sure that I recommend Prime One Properties to all my friends and families!!
