Worst landlord ever. The apartment was nice enough, never really had any problems with things breaking. The building was pretty trashed but not really the landlords problem. Animals were allowed which is great, but the guys next door got fleas. Then the entire building got fleas. After countless complaints and the roomate going to the er she was swelling up so bad they finally promised to do something. So they told everybody they had to be out of the building for a day or two so they could flea bomb the building. Fine, whatever. So that didn't get rid of the fleas in the apartment so after a few more complaints they bombed the apartment. Without telling us. So middle of the day after class we walk into the apartment filled with bug killer. The apartment was never habitable after the fleas. All of the furniture had to be thrown away and we had to get an attorney and threaten to sue them to let us break the lease.

We only got back about half of our deposit, even though we left the hellhole in better shape than it was when we moved in. The gas bill was literally several hundred dollars for each of the winter months, and in bed at night I could feel the wind, right through the wall. The only person you can ever talk to is Melissa, the moron who works in the office. She's always up to hijinks like misplacing rent checks and maintenance request forms. She acts as though she is someone important, but she is just a secretary with an ego problem and low IQ. Overall, do not live here unless you are a masochist.

Do not ever rent from any apartment on McKee street/PRG real estate/Pitt Blue Properties LP. They are horrible and you will regret it for longer than you want to.

Worst place ever. I am a fool for ever signing that lease. I over paid on rent and they refused to give me my money back I even contacted the headquarters and its impossible. Melissa and Marilyn I hope you see this some day b/c you 2 are the worst realitors ever and you deserve to be jobless and have to live in the shitholes you rent out. 1) your work ethic sucked 2)you have no customer service skills 3) you dont chase a tenant out of the office and scream at her on the street 4) you are SO unorganized its not even funny. How does a company expect to function with such a horrible staff/disgusting apartments that are overpriced?
