This guy is horrible. The place is dirty and unsafe, and he refuses to fix things. Worse, if you ask for repairs he will try to ignore you or yell at you. If you have a leaking roof, he will ignore you for forever, and finally fix it if you threaten to repair it yourself and deduct the cost from your rent.
