PAT ALTDORFER NEEDS TO BE SPAT ON. When one of the other tenants moved out unexpectedly Pat tried to make me responsible for his rent when he signed a completely different lease than my own. Pat would also pay numerous visits without providing any notice. Towards the end of the lease Pat viewed my apartment without telling me, numerously walking into my bedroom extremely early in the morning with a group full of college students while I lay there in my underwear. Pat also called my mother to tell her how terrible I was without discussing any discrepancies with myself first. He literally looked her up in the phone book to get her number. As a 23 year old responsible adult, I don't need him calling my parents. He tried to get two extra months rent from me at the end of the lease showing up and demanding I hadn't paid him all while calling me the wrong person. Pat walks with a cane and once fell down three steps on one of his unexpected visits and I laughed, I laughed hard. I despise this filthy fool. Pat is a senile old fuck. So if you do rent from Pat be very weary when that black minivan with the Obama/Biden sticker on the back window rolls up cause he might just be there to crawl up into bed with you...

Rented from the older person my Junior year and he was very nice. Rented from Pat Aldorfer Jr. the year after who was terrible! He and his wife would come into the house without telling us they were coming over and walk around, they were impossible to talk to on the phone, and refused to believe our toilet was running even when our water bill was close to $300 a month and we repeatedly called them to have it fixed. They were very inconsiderate, rude, and went as far as to cash rent checks before they were due if we sent them in early. I would rather be homeless than have to deal with these people again

Pat is very friendly and always fixes maintenance requests in a timely manner. I have lived there for 2 years and would rent from him again.

Pat is a bit senile and takes a long time to process any requests or return calls. However, he is very understanding and is an all around great guy. Our house is quite far from campus but he has others that are closer.

Pat was nice in the beginning, but towards the end of our lease he slacked off. He is very accusative Don't get on his bad side. The house is livable, but has extremely uneven floors!!!

This property continues on with the tradition of Oakland properties being "shady." This house was officially condemned years ago and only the superficial portions have been redone, the structure has not been reassessed...

I moved in August and found someone to sublet by December. Pat was very senile and abrasive. Case in point, I was watching television at a normal level in the afternoon, the girl who lived in the basement (apartment)always complained about noise. The quality of the apartment was horrible. If here alarm clock went off I would hear it, but never complained. Pat would call like a pyscho and take her side even though half the time there was noise, I wasn't there. If the apartment quality was better there wouldn't have been an issue.

this guy sucks. he sent a letter home to all of our parents that was basically a list of all false accusations made on me and my roomates, and he never approached one of us before he sent it to question whether or not they were true. basically everything this guy did was bad and no one should rent from him ever. also, he ripped us off real bad on the security deposit. all in favor of a ban on pat?
