I may never leave here. Brian Gallagher is a respectful man who will have things repaired/maintained as well as you could want, and he won't get in the way of how you live your life. If your rent is a day or two late he doesn't seem to mind, not to mention the convenient location of the real estate office next to Fuel and Fuddle in Oakland. Halls are vacuumed weekly, so they keep an eye on the building, which I feel is a good thing. Pricey, but you really do get a lot for the money.
