I know this tenant who posted the bad rating , I am glad he is getting her out, she has been a trouble maker from day one; loud music at night, parties. Nick is a great landlord if you dont believe it stop in and see and ask to talk to some of the tenants that have lived here for a few years.

Great landlord never had a problem. Always takes care of any issues inside the apartment. I recommend him to all. Most fellow tenants lived here for several years.

He is the worst landlord ever! He does not maintain the premises. He is hardly available. His apartments are dingy, horribly kept and filthy. The building itself has many electrical deficiencies, there are bugs and rodents EVERYWHERE!!!, there is mold, unsafe stairways and drainage issues. If you have an option DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY AND LIVE SOME PLACE ELSE!!!! He randomly enters apartments, lurks around, acts nice to your face but hangs up on you when you have a problem with the apartment. He is a slum lord if there ever was one!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!
