Nick is one of the best landlords we have had in Pittsburgh. The apartment we rented had a great price for its' size, and it was well kept and maintained. Whenever we had problems, he was readily available and quick to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Awesome!

Nic is a nice guy, although a little intimidating at times. He is always available if there is a problem but he does not cash rent checks in a reasonable amount of time.

Nick is a great guy. Comes off as a little gruff sometimes, but it's easy to tell that he really cares about his tenets, his buildings, etc. If the opportunity ever presents itself, I would say rent from Nick.
