Neil is a very nice, personable man, but a pretty nonexistant landlord. He will answer his phone/return calls but then no one comes to repair anything. They rely on one guy named Joe to do all the repairs, and I have not seen him in about a year. They promised to repair and update our kitchen but we are still waiting for that to be fulfilled. They did some promised updates on our bathroom, after months of waiting. Pretty much all our neighbors have moved out since nothing ever changes or improves as promised. the only reason we have stayed is b/c we are in an excellent location and very close to work & buslines. I believe that perhaps neil & his brother got in over their heads when purchasing the properties and did not realize the extent that they had been neglected over the years. Oh yeah a couple months ago Neil mailed us a letter that he moved out of state so I guess he really isnt the landlord anymore, and he is looking to sellthe properties.
