Absolute great landlord and all around nice guy! His apartments are the nicest I've seen in Oakland, and any visitors would also echo those sentiments. Over the two year period that my roommates and I lived in his apartment, we phoned him numerous times. Each time he was more than happy to take care of whatever we need and would be at the apartment within a half-an-hour. I would HIGHLY recommend renting a property from him.
