When I lived at 709 Maryland ave the upstairs bathroom flooded and it caused the ceiling to leak. This was at around 10pm. I called the landlady to let her know it's getting pretty bad. I was going out of town the next day and it would have been nice if she'd have someone over to fix the ceiling as it was leaking pretty bad. Nancy yelled at me for calling her this late and that a flooding is hardly an emergency. We left a bucket to collect the water that was leaking, hoping that the situation will be fixed the next day when the landlady comes. However, apparently she didn't come at all and the bucket overflowed and cause the hardwood floor to rise. The landlady tried to blame me for that! Anyway, on top of everything, I had to live in my apartment with a hole in my floor because the hardwood floor was removed but wasn't replaced in months! I'm giving her a 3 for maintenance instead of something lower because for whatever reason she got the entrance to the house and the stairs between apartments completely remodeled. I guess she has to change her priorities - apartment floods are more important to fix than the carpet on some staircase.
