We did have minor issues, mostly plumbing-related. However, we had nice neighbors who had been in the building for a long time, and we were able to live there very happily for two years.

The Dover Gables apartments are very well maintained and clean. The landlord is available when problems arise and they are fixed quickly (though there have been very few problems at all). They really try to work with you to meet your needs, and are great to rent from. Rented again from them for the second year in a row.
