M&D Realty/ E&J Management were the worst people to work with. When I moved in, the apt. was not very clean and it was impossible to get a hold of them to fix two broken screens. I had 2 roaches in the year that I lived there, and I was a pretty neat resident. When I finally got to move out, they took out an additional $90 from my security deposit for an "apartment re-cleaning" fee!!!! I scrubbed the place before I left, and when I moved in, they certainly did not fine/use the fine of the person before me! What a dump!!!!!!
