I love my apartment, plain and simple. I loved the professional application and lease-signing process; I love the energy-efficient features, the great air-conditioning units (that aren't shoved into an open window, by the way)...I love every little feature- they make it lovely to live there. When I move out, it'll be because you can't have pets and I really want a dog :-/ McQuarters has been hands-down my favorite rental experience.

Office staff can be kind of snippy and they aren't always available on the weekends, but overall maintenance is fast and I've never had any real problems. The rent is way too high for what you get, but it's Shadyside.
