Admittedly we were Mr. Bizzack's first tenants, and it shows. Clearly the man was woefully unprepared for his duties as a landlord, and he has overstepped his bounds on many an occasion. As a tenant, one would expect at least a moderate degree of freedom; instead we are treated to seemingly endless viewings of Cougar Town as the landlord's flatulence makes the family room nearly unbearable for all. A broken railing and icy front steps are a liability waiting to happen. The list of offenses goes on and on. To future tenants there is hope: his significant other will soon be moving in and effectively taking the place over. Here's hoping she runs a much tighter ship than this slumlord.
