Even though my lease stated that they could only show my apartment between noon and 4pm, Andrew constantly insisted on coming in to show the apartment before noon. One time, I used the deadbolt on the front door because he had left me a voicemail about a few showings before noon and I didn't want him in there while I was getting ready for work, so he knocked for about 20 minutes, and when I didn't answer he went around to the back door (which I can't deadbolt) and forced himself in. This is called an illegal entry. Of course if I say he can show the place before noon he can, but I never agreed to it. I think the fact that my front door was dead-bolted was a clear indication that I don't want him in there. He actually asked me to scoop my litter box more often because he thought people weren't taking the apartment because of that...I cleaned it all the time. Perhaps people didn't want that apartment because it was overpriced, had a tiny kitchen, and the carpet looked like shit when I moved in. Also, when we had the huge snow storm in the winter of 2010, they didn't clean our fire escapes until I called The Fire Department to report a fire hazard about a month after the storm. My fire escape was completely unusable due a foot of snow and ice and my trash was building up on the porch because I couldn't get to the alleyway to dispose of it.

Andrew is completely unprofessional, he gave me the keys to an apartment that was a mess. The carpets were stained with cat urine (even though you have to pay him 150 carpet cleaning fee when you initially sign the lease), the calls were filthy, where you could see where the previous tenant had pictures hanging. The cupboards had grease all over them and the refridgerator stopped working a month into my lease. They painted my walls 6months into my year lease and got paint all over my clothes and furniture...while I was on vacation. He is a sneaky, unprofessional and pompous jerk. His apartments are garbage and overpriced. He won't give you your security deposit back (I left the place spotless and he charged $60 to "mop the floor"). Don't expect him to return any of your calls either.
