Worst of the worst. Her property is an eyesore, her tenants are junkies, and there is a steady stream of nefarious "visitors" to her property, including drug dealers and prostitutes. Repeated attempts by community members to communicate with her regarding her delinquent property have gone completely ignored. She has nothing but contempt for her community, her neighbors, and the fabric of the community in which she owns property. She simply doesn't care about anyone or anything other than herself and the money she can take from her tenants. As dog feces and trash pile up in the backyard of this property, amazingly, even the City Health Department and Code OfFicials have done NOTHING!! She is a bottom-feeding slum lord of the worst kind --taking everything she can get, and giving back nothing in return.
