We've been renting from Marty for about two years now. We couldn't ask for a better landlord. Great quality house, great condition when we moved in. Marty's not only one of the friendliest people I've ever met, but extremely knowledgeable about anything that could go wrong in your home. Any time we've needed maintenance he's been available right away and taken care of the problem. I would definitely rent from Marty again. I can't recommend him highly enough
