If you enjoy being harassed, Mark Weigand is the landlord for you. Mark is the kind of guy that "shoots first and asks questions later." He'll get up in your face and threaten to evict you if there is a problem. For example, there was what ended up being a leak in the shower causing water to drip to the apartment below where my roommates and I lived. Mark, being the compulsive piece of shit that he is automatically assumed that we were being irresponsible or even intentionally allowing water to escape. He promptly came up (he lives in Florida by the way so everything he learns is through his brothers who are one-sided) to the apartment and yelled at me (physically screamed at me) because the shower curtain (not his) was dirty and because the baseboards were dusty (not affecting the quality of life whatsoever). And go figure - the shower had a leak in it; it was neither my nor my roommates faults. In terms of the condition of the place... the floor of the kitchen was left unfinished, the "chandelier" in the dining room was left in disrepair, and the toilet of the bathroom was left covered in piss and was absolutely disgusting when I moved in (once again - Mark screamed at me because the toilet was dirty). He is a terrible landlord unless you are a masochist.
