My experience renting from him has been very positive overall. He comes to the building about once a week and even vacuums the hallways etc. He's responsive to any requests you may have, has never invaded my privacy, and has always been pleasant to deal with. The apartment is kept in good condition despite being in an older building. I'd definitely rent from him again.
