Marjorie and her son Alan own the whole building. They are very good landlords: reasonable rent and prompt response to requests and problems. Maintenance is excellent. When we had problems with the stove, they got us a new one in 2 days. They are also pretty good with 'reining in' noisy and unruly tenants. I recommend their property, unless you like to party until 2am and leave trash in the hallway, in which case they are not your kind of landlords.
